Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team as a part-time consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in generating B2B leads through performance marketing, particularly in the Software Consulting/Development services or SaaS business domains. The candidate should possess a proven track record of effectively managing large budgets and delivering measurable results in lead generation. This position will be remote, offering flexibility while providing crucial support to our performance marketing team in scaling their efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads for Software Consulting/Development services or SaaS business.
2. Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation targets.
3. Create, implement, and monitor campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, display ads, and video ads.
4. Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve targeting, messaging, and overall effectiveness.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align performance marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, specifically in generating B2B leads for Software Consulting/Development services or SaaS business.
- Demonstrated success in managing large advertising budgets and achieving lead generation goals.
- Expertise in Google Ads, display advertising, and video advertising, with a track record of driving results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
