Job Description:

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. Your expertise in performance marketing will be vital in driving targeted traffic, increasing conversions, and achieving measurable objectives for our clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and implement strategies that align with client goals while staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).- Analyze performance metrics, implement data-driven optimizations.- Conduct A/B tests, manage budgets, and collaborate with clients.- 2-3 years of experience in successful performance marketing campaigns.- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics tools.- Strong analytical skills, multitasking ability, and goal-oriented mindset.
