Role Description
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at DaurCom, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your role will involve managing and optimizing various performance marketing channels to achieve key business objectives and KPIs.
This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for sales and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across channels such as search engines, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms to track and report on performance metrics.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing and new marketing channels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with affiliate marketing programs.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
Overall Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Experience in market research and marketing strategy
Sales and customer service skills
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience in the industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing digital campaigns.
Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box.
