Position - Recruitment Analyst/ Sr. Recruitment AnalystWe are looking for a Recruiting Analyst/ Sr. Recruitment Analyst

to join a fast-paced recruitment team in Worldhire.The successful candidate will work to support our Global hiring team in the delivery of Recruitment Solutions across the globe for our MNC clients.

Job Location:

Noida Sector 2, Near Sector 15 metro StationWorking days:

5 days a week (Sat/Sun off)Experience:

2 years to 5 years

Job Description

The incumbent will assist in implementing an effective and efficient end –to-end recruitment process for

APAC/US Region

i.e. from attracting to on-boarding the best-fit people to fill client needs. This role requires that the successful candidate develops dynamic recruitment plans; employs both conventional and unconventional sourcing strategies and resources; as well as develops new, creative recruiting ideas. The individual has to accomplish the definedrecruitment cycle time and ensure a consistent pipeline of quality job applicants.

What your day will look like● Manage job postings and requisitions for assigned roles● Initiate contact with the candidate following application and conduct screening calls with eligible candidates● Liaise with the candidate and hiring managers to agree availability throughout the interview stages● Use online job boards, social media platforms, our comprehensive database and other industry-leading resources to find appropriate candidates that match your client’s requirements● Manage multiple sourcing and administrative requests from stakeholders and clients● Distribute agreed materials required to support interviews● Follow up with Hiring Managers for interview feedback; ensuring feedback is saved once received● Ensure candidate pipeline is managed accordingly to maintain high candidate engagement (ensure all candidates are contacted, feedback is provided)● Initiate rejection and candidate withdrawal processes on talent acquisition system● Regularly update key stakeholders on candidate progress● Keep talent acquisition system records up to date with current candidate status● Support engagement strategy with interview pool ensuring interviewer availability is fully utilized and maintain a strong internal reputation as delivering service excellence● Work to key metrics, KPI and SLA to demonstrate performance● Liaise and cooperate with recruiting colleagues as required to share candidate pipelines.

Must Have's:● Should be LinkedIn savvy and must have 500+ linkedin connections● Must possess impeccable communication (verbal and written both) and interpersonal skills.● Should have a passion to research and recruit for international leadership roles● Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment● Should be target-oriented
