Job Description:

Neerinfo Solutions is seeking a dedicated and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team in Noida. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for a wide range of IT positions across various technologies. Your expertise in the IT recruitment process, from understanding client requirements to offering the best candidates, will contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT roles including developers, engineers, analysts, and other technical positions.
  • Understand client requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to source candidates.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assist in the decision-making process.
  • Conduct reference checks and offer management.
  • Keep up to date with the latest IT trends and skills to ensure successful recruitment.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future IT hiring needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role in a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment team.
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting for both contract and permanent IT roles.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience in recruiting for niche roles such as cybersecurity, data science, or cloud technologies.
