- Demonstrated interest in HR andrecruitment through coursework or extracurricularactivities
- Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize andmultitask in a fastpaced environment
- Basicunderstanding of HR policies andprocedures
- Ability to maintain confidentialityand handle sensitive informationprofessionally
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRsoftware
- Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills

- Previousinternship or work experience in HR or recruitment is aplus
