Job Overview


MCV MotoCorp Pvt Ltd Bajaj Motor Cycles is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our branch in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the branch, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.


Qualifications and Skills

  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions
  • Knowledge of local market and customer preferences
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, service, and administration
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales and service professionals
  • Monitor branch performance, analyze data, and generate reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Handling end to end branch activities.
  • Able to handle team of Sales and Marketing.
  • Daily Sales records and promotions need to be taken care.
  • Must be actively participate in branch promotions.
  • Plan and Executive needs of the sales promotions in the branch.
  • Sales reports and Sale team will be active on daily basis.
