Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified timelines.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and maintain positive relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Proven customer support or client service experience.
  • Strong phone handling skills with active listening ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Open to both freshers and experienced and undergraduate candidates.
  • Background in BPO or telesales (domestic and international).
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
