**Job Title: International Customer Service Representative**

**Nature of Role: Voice**

- **Accurately log all interactions using established business processes and tools.**:

- **Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers.**:

- **Demonstrate the ability to identify solutions based on established processes and procedures.**
