JOB DETAILS 1.Prospecting for potential new clients and turn it into increased business.2.Cold call as appropriate within a defined market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. 3.Having regular connections with potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging existing Client network. 4.Identify potential decision-makers within the client organization. 5.Research and build relationships with new & existing clients. 6.Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the Organisation's practice leaders. 7.Identify opportunities through Online Marketing campaigns, client references, and other networking channels, which will lead to an increase in sales. 8.Work on new Sales Strategies, approaches, and pitches along with his/her team. 9.Should be smart enough to build a business proposal for any new/prospective client basis their requirements, concerns, and objectives. 10.Participate in pricing the solution/service. 11.Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team. 12.Track and record activity on all potential clients and help to close deals to meet the Annual Sales target. 13.Should be able to provide business development training and mentoring to new hires in his/her team.
