Job Description:

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate should be a proactive and dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, social media and email campaigns, and networking.Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients to introduce the company's services through sales pitch. Schedule and conduct product presentations or demonstrations to showcase offerings.Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Work closely with clients to address inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team-based sales targets. Track and report on sales progress regularly. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
