Role Description
SolidCAM is on the lookout for dynamic and driven Business Development Intern to join our sales team, targeting recent and upcoming graduates in Mechanical or Production Engineering who are ready to kick-start their career in the tech-driven world of CAM software solutions.
What We Expect:
Educational Background: Recently graduated in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering, with graduation dates in late 2023 or expected in 2024.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Initiative: A proactive, go-getter attitude, eager to take on challenges and contribute to team success.
Technical Acumen: Tech-savvy with a keen interest in manufacturing technologies and software solutions.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to dynamic sales environments and meet the demands of field sales roles.
Travel Willingness: Openness to frequent travel, both locally and outstation, often at short notice, as this is primarily an on-field internship role.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
