Accounts ManagerRole Overview:We are looking for an experienced
Accounts Manager
to oversee the financial transactions, accounting processes, and reporting functions for our Mining Sand Quarry's , stockyard operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations and play a critical role in budget management, cost optimization, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and cash flow management.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Monitor budgets and ensure adherence to financial goals and cost control measures.Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors as required.Maintain accurate inventory valuation records and liaise with the stockyard operations team.Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.Professional certifications like CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance (preferred).Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other accounting software.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, GST, and tax laws.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
