About the Role

Phloem Weddings is seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to be the face of our brand in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and prior experience in managing wedding clients or working in the events/creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.

  • Explain wedding photography/videography packages and services to potential clients.

  • Maintain professional communication and build strong client relationships.

  • Coordinate meetings, pre-wedding discussions, and requirement collection.

  • Track client preferences, rituals, and must-have shots, and communicate with the production team.

  • Manage contracts, payments, and follow-ups to ensure timely bookings.

  • Maintain CRM records and update enquiry/booking status.

  • Provide after-service support (delivery updates, album selections, etc.).

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship/customer-facing role in weddings, events, or creative industry.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak wedding seasons.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).
