We are hiring Client relationship executive - Female for our office in Vyttila.
Jobs and responsibilities are,
Incoming Calls: Need to answer inbound calls and identify potential clients and route to the departments accordingly.
Customer Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers to build and nurture relationships, addressing their queries, and providing additional information as needed.
Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate product or service features and benefits to persuade customers and close sales deals.
Database Management: Update and maintain accurate customer databases with relevant information obtained during calls.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products or services to answer inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to relay to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of calls, including the nature of the call, customer responses, and any follow-up actions required.
Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines: Follow provided call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with the company's messaging.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts, share insights, and contribute to overall business objectives.
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
