Job Overview:Our client is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven

Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales

to lead the sales efforts targeting large enterprises. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in enterprise sales, a proven track record of building long-term business relationships with key decision-makers, and experience in creating tailored value propositions for enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities:Enterprise Sales:

Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with large enterprises across industries for customer offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.Revenue Responsibility:

Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to pipeline development, negotiation, and closing deals. Exceed revenue targets by securing high-value enterprise clients and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.Strategic Partnerships:

Build and nurture deep relationships with senior decision-makers (CXOs, CMOs, Business Heads) in target enterprises, focusing on long-term partnerships.Tailored Proposals:

Develop compelling, customized sales proposals that highlight the fit, return on investment (ROI), and overall value for prospective clients.Solution Selling:

Use a consultative approach to understand client needs, positioning customer offerings as essential tools to address business challenges.Market Knowledge:

Leverage industry insights to identify new opportunities for enterprise clients, staying ahead of trends to ensure optimal client-product fit.Market Research:

Continuously monitor market developments to identify new enterprise sales opportunities, track industry trends, and assess competitor activities.Reporting & Analytics:

Track key sales metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance and enhance customer engagement strategies.Qualifications:Experience:

3-5 years in business development, enterprise sales, or key account management, with a proven ability to close high-value deals and meet revenue targets. Experience in navigating complex stakeholder environments within large organizations.Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Sales Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication abilities, with experience structuring and negotiating large deals with senior leadership teams (CXOs, CMOs, Business Heads).Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, B2B sales cycles, and the business landscape, with the ability to identify and leverage strategic opportunities.Relationship Building:

Excellent relationship management skills, with a proven ability to develop lasting partnerships with senior executives and decision-makers at large enterprises.Creativity:

Ability to develop tailored, creative sales proposals that align with client objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.Self-Motivation:

Highly goal-driven and independent, capable of achieving sales targets with minimal supervision.Proficiency in AI Tools:
