About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Strategist to join our team at Alp Consulting Ltd. in Mumbai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and securing strategic partnerships with top-tier sponsors.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue high-value sponsorship opportunities that align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with marketing heads and other CXO-level professionals at potential sponsor organizations.
  • Create compelling sponsorship proposals that highlight return on investment (ROI) and ensure a strong sponsor-list fit.
  • Leverage market knowledge to identify the right sponsors for each list and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Track and report on sponsorship sales metrics to optimize performance.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on sponsorship sales and brand partnerships.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of concept selling and securing sponsorship deals, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the business landscape and ability to identify the right sponsors for specific lists.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Ability to craft customized sponsorship proposals that align with both the sponsor's and organization objectives.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
