Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will work with a combination of MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js technologies to build scalable, high-performance web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-stack Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain the front-end and back-end of web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js).
- Build reusable and efficient front-end components with React and manage their integration with Node.js backend.
- Develop RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js and integrate them with front-end components.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web applications for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Database Management:
- Design and manage NoSQL databases with MongoDB.
- Create and optimize database queries for fast and reliable data access.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across the application.
- Collaborative Development:
- Work closely with the product and design teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Ensure the development process is streamlined and optimized using modern development tools and practices (Git, Jira, CI/CD pipelines).
- Performance Optimization:
- Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to meet user demands and performance requirements.
- Security & Best Practices:
- Implement security and data protection best practices.
- Adhere to coding standards and best practices while maintaining clean and well-documented code.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve development processes and technology stacks.
- Suggest new tools or frameworks that may enhance the development process.
