Role Objective:The role holder is responsible for relationship building and networking with critical stakeholders / clients as well as the articulating the joint business plan for converting any potential business opportunity.

Market Analysis and Design Thinking

· Conduct market analysis and diagnose potential business opportunities

· Utilise design thinking workshops to develop innovative solutions to complex problems

· Utilize market intelligence to refine business development strategies"

Business Development and Networking

· Continuously engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities

· Test and examine the effectiveness of joint business plans for potential business opportunities.

· Develop and implement strategies for building and maintaining relationships with important individuals and groups

· Act as a representative of the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build relationships with potential partners and client"

Proposal Development and Presentations

· Prepare and lead the development of compelling proposals in response to requirements.

· Collaborate with technical teams to create comprehensive and customized solutions.

· Deliver persuasive presentations showcasing capabilities and value proposition"

Program Engagement

· Governance and management of strategic project pipeline and deliveries

· Maintain profitability sheet for digital investment. (for each business/vertical)

· Facilitating digital skill building and competency events for business"
