Job Overview :

The Bid Analyst supports the proposal development process, ensuring timely, compliant, and competitive submissions. This role involves pricing analysis, proposal tracking, and coordination with internal teams to deliver high-quality responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitations, especially within specific NAICS codes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proposal Support :
  • Assist in developing and submitting proposals, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to gather required inputs.
  • Maintain the proposal tracker and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
  • Pricing & Data Analysis :
  • Analyze pricing models to develop competitive bids.
  • Ensure accurate cost breakdowns and financial projections for proposals.
  • Support pricing strategy development for government and other bids.
  • Compliance & NAICS Management :
  • Ensure proposals comply with applicable NAICS codes and contract regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with procurement processes and guidelines (e.g., FAR, DFARS).
  • Reporting & Documentation :
  • Maintain a detailed proposal tracker for ongoing and submitted bids.
  • Prepare required documentation for proposal submissions, including pricing schedules and compliance checks.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience : 2-4 years in bid analysis or proposal management.
  • Skills : Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with proposal management tools.

Preferred :

  • Familiarity with government contract bidding (e.g., GSA, FAR, NAICS).
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies for federal and commercial proposals.
