Accountabilities/ResponsibilitiesProduction of statutory, regulatory or tax driven financial reporting across a range of international entities.Maintain the financial control framework across the overseas subsidiaries and branches, and adapt the framework to meet business change and growth requirements.Manage the International Finance team providing the support, guidance and leadership required to enable the team to fulfil their roles and to continue to develop and grow along with the business.Review and signoff quarterly statutory and regulatory financial reporting.Review and signoff monthly and quarterly financial management reporting.Review and comment on annual accounts and financial statements/ regulatory / tax returns and support the team in managing the overseas annual audit process.Review branch processes and ensure that these are aligned across the International business, assess and (where relevant to the team) implement any process updates.Production of statutory board reports.Manage the International offices banking and cash management requirements in collaboration with the Treasury and Banking TeamTo provide financial input and support on projects to both the International team and the wider business for branch and subsidiary set-ups.To provide financial support for other projects related to the M&G Group International business.To manage the cross border relationships with M&G overseas finance support staff and our external service providers.Support the negotiations for the provision of services with third-party providers, and review of the quality of service provision across the International business.Develop a close working relationship with the other Financial Reporting, Records and BU Finance teams and encourage and support collaboration between those teams and the International Finance team.Work closely with the tax team on joint finance / tax initiativesWe live by four behaviours at
