Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads

  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling,email, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.

Develop and Maintain Client Relationships

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Presentations & Deal Closure

  • Conduct impactful sales presentations and product/service demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company revenue targets.

Achieve Sales Targets

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide valuable insights to help refine sales strategies and product positioning.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with product development teams, sharing customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the Software/IT services industry .
  • Experience in selling software solutions, cloud services, or enterprise IT products is a strong plus .

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, lead generation tools, and sales automation platforms.
