What We’re Looking For: 0–1 year of professional experience Background in written content, either through education or prior work experience Strong attention to detail and highly organized Quick learner, able to adapt in a dynamic startup environment Good communication and coordination skills Prior startup experience, internships, or project exposure is a plus Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include: Working closely with the content team to plan and execute content initiatives for the app Coordinating with team members to create and publish high-quality learning material Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment of content with brand and learner needs Suggesting improvements to content structure, flow, and presentation for a better learner experience Tracking content performance and helping optimize workflows for efficiency Supporting other teams with content-related tasks as required Compensation: ₹4–8 LPA, based on relevant experience (Equity options open for the right candidate as part of long-term growth) What We Offer Beyond CTC: Health insurance coverage Health & wellness reimbursements Office breakfast & snacks A fast-paced, fun, and highly collaborative work environment Flat hierarchy with lots of ownership and learning opportunities The chance to grow with a high-impact startup and be rewarded with equity down the line  Please note: This is a full-time, in-office role based in JP Nagar, Bangalore .
