**About Us**:
We are seeking a versatile and creative Content Associate with a focus on e-commerce to join our team. As a Content Associate, you will be responsible for designing creatives in Canva, writing compelling listing copy, and optimising product listings for SEO, at scale for hundreds of product listings, across various e-commerce marketplaces.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design creatives using Canva - visually appealing and engaging creatives using product images, banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and reflect the desired aesthetic and messaging.
- Write engaging & informative listing copy - including titles, bullet points, and product descriptions, for products to be listed across e-commerce platforms.
- Craft compelling product narratives that highlight key features, benefits, and unique selling points to drive conversions and sales.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases for product listings.
- Optimize product listings for SEO by incorporating targeted keywords, optimizing product titles and descriptions, and enhancing metadata.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all creatives and listing copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards and SEO best practices.
- Seek feedback & incorporate revisions, basis stakeholder requirements and as necessary to enhance the effectiveness of content.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Understanding of creative design / creative inclination
- Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Excellent writing and copywriting skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive product listings.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with keyword research and optimization.
- Curious, self-driven, able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
