What does the team do?

The team is the driving force behind building Indias biggest original Indic content ecosystem and short video space. Playing a pivotal role in matching the content supply and demand on ShareChat & Moj. From devising the content strategy to managing creators, to ensuring community guidelines, the team is always at the top of everything content.

As an Operations Associate, you are accountable for all the operational & quality processes in the Trust & Safety Team team. You would be responsible for moderating the content on the platform and will ensure that the quality of the platform is maintained, analyse data and suggesting process & policy improvement and compliance. You would also be required to be proficient in Advanced excel/google sheets,SQL and data management.

What youll do:

  1. Ensure timely the performance checks on all the domains of POD.
  2. Focused on the quality and the safety of the content on the platform as well as our user experience.
  3. Operationalise quality assurance processes at offshore/inhouse.
  4. Manage end-to-end operations of the team and for the vertical.
  5. Connect with team for Calibrations, Training and quality & Policy Updates.

Who you are:

  1. 1 to 3 years of work experience in managing quality processes in a large team
  2. Content Moderation experience would be preferable.
  3. Written and spoken communication in languages (Hindi & any other language and business proficiency in English
  4. Basic to advanced skills in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Doc)
  5. Able to write and understand basic SQL queries.
  6. Basic analytical skills to drive decision-making.Self-starter; capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction
  7. Ability to understand and develop processes from scratch.
  8. Essential to have attention to detail and accuracy, also a critical thinker and problem-solver
  9. Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  10. Independently work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
