As we move from concept to creation, I'm looking for
someone passionate about working with children
to join me as a
Project & Operations Associate
.

You'll work closely with me and our design partners to bring Skylime's first centre to life - from site coordination to sourcing materials and shaping how the space feels for every child who walks in.

What you'll do:

  • Support the Founder in daily coordination during setup and launch.
  • Liaise with designers, architects, and vendors.
  • Conduct site visits to track fit-out progress and ensure quality.
  • Research and source sensory play materials, furniture, and supplies.
  • Manage documentation, budgets, and procurement lists.
  • Transition into the
    Centre Operations In-Charge
    role once we open.

  • Believe in the power of play and inclusion.
  • Background in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or Project Management.
  • Experienced in operations, education, or design-led projects preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Comfort with site coordination.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus.
