We also keep the option of equity open down the line for high-performers who want to grow with us.What We’re Looking For:0–1 year of professional experienceBackground in written content, either through education or prior work experienceStrong attention to detail and highly organizedQuick learner, able to adapt in a dynamic startup environmentGood communication and coordination skillsPrior startup experience, internships, or project exposure is a plusYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:Working closely with the content team to plan and execute content initiatives for the appCoordinating with team members to create and publish high-quality learning materialEnsuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment of content with brand and learner needsSuggesting improvements to content structure, flow, and presentation for a better learner experienceTracking content performance and helping optimize workflows for efficiencySupporting other teams with content-related tasks as requiredCompensation: ₹4–8 LPA, based on relevant experience (Equity options open for the right candidate as part of long-term growth)What We Offer Beyond CTC:Health insurance coverageHealth & wellness reimbursementsOffice breakfast & snacksA fast-paced, fun, and highly collaborative work environmentFlat hierarchy with lots of ownership and learning opportunitiesThe chance to grow with a high-impact startup and be rewarded with equity down the linePlease note: This is a full-time, in-office role based in JP Nagar, Bangalore.
