The primary responsibilities include:Connecting with inbound leads viavideo calls(no cold outreach).Understanding theiremotional triggers .Guiding them withempathy and convictionto the best decision for their health.Handle100+ qualified calls/monthwith training inadvanced probing & introspection(inspired by top psychologists).Maintain quality CRM entries and performance metrics.QualificationsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsProven ability in Closings and Deal ClosureExperience with Escrow processesStrong negotiation skills and the ability to influence at all levelsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyPrevious experience in high-ticket sales is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredWho We’re Looking For:Minimum 1 year experience in high-ticket closing or performance sales.Confident on video calls with excellent verbal skills.Skilled at active listening, emotional connection, and guiding decisions.Committed, self-driven, and available Mon–Sat (10AM–7PM IST).What You’ll Earn:You’ll be compensated based on how well you convert.
