We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Ticket Closer. As a Ticket Closer, you will be responsible for converting leads provided by our sales team into confirmed bookings. Your primary goal will be to engage potential customers, address their inquiries, overcome objections, and persuade them to choose Maldives Mystique for their dream vacation. This position requires exceptional communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the travel industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively and build strong relationships.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert leads into confirmed bookings.

In-depth knowledge of the Maldives as a travel destination, including resorts, activities, and local culture.

Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software is a plus.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate a proactive approach to achieve sales targets.

Flexibility to work during weekends or irregular hours when required.

Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional language skills are highly valued.

A genuine passion for travel, customer service, and delivering memorable experiences.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
