About the Role
We need full-time Closers to close premium, international offers without hunting for leads. You’ll work with warm prospects booked by our appointment setter team and focus purely on high-quality sales conversations with founders and senior professionals.
- Run online consultations with pre-qualified, show-up-ready leads.
- Diagnose goals, present value, and close in one–two calls.
- Keep CRM spotless; record calls; follow a proven script while personalizing.
- Share feedback to improve offers, funnels, and show-up rates.
Compensation
- USD commissions (7-12%) (uncapped) bi-weekly payouts
- Warm lead flow and calendar managed by setters
- Choose your hours (align to US/EU or India, your call)
- Clear growth path to Senior Closer / Team Lead
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ months high-ticket closing ($1k+ offers) on live video calls.
- Fluent English, confident on camera, strong objection handling
- Performance mindset: targets, accountability, coachability
- Quiet workspace, HD webcam, reliable internet (25 Mbps+)
