All payments are made monthly via payroll.Reporting to: Setter Team LeadAbout the role We’re hiring Appointment Setters to schedule qualified sales appointments for our internal Closer team on premium B2C/B2B offers. You’ll work warm leads provided by the company, follow a clear qualification checklist, and keep our CRM up to date. This is a single-level sales role focused on booking meetings—no recruiting, no fees, no selling of memberships.What you’ll do Make targeted outbound calls to warm leads; handle inbound callbacks and WhatsApp/email follow-upsQualify prospects (need, timeline, ability to purchase) and book them on the Closer’s calendarUse company scripts professionally; personalize where appropriateMaintain 100% CRM hygiene and submit brief end-of-day updatesCoordinate with the Setter Lead to improve show rates and lead qualityWhat you’ll need Strong spoken English (Hindi a plus) and confident phone presenceResults mindset: punctual, coachable, consistent activityBasic CRM experience (e.g., Synamate/HubSpot/GHL)Reliable home setup: quiet workspace, 25 Mbps+ internet, headset, webcamKPIs (with training & support) 60–80 dials/day (calls + WhatsApp follow-ups)12–20 booked appointments/week60%+ show rate on booked callsCRM notes and next steps logged within 24 hoursGrowth & progression Structured onboarding and weekly coachingEligibility to apply for the internal Closer role after successful completion of probation and consistent KPI achievement (subject to openings)What this role is not Not a franchise or business opportunityNot multi-level marketing (no recruiting, no downlines)No fees or purchases required from candidates or employeesInterview process Short telephonic screen (10–12 minutes)Live role-play with the Setter LeadFinal round with the Sales ManagerFinal Note : We hire professionals who are coachable and ethical.If you’re ready to grow, communicate with clarity, and close with conviction, this is your platform.
