Appointment Setter

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our team as freelance appointment setters. As a freelance appointment setter, you will play a crucial role in our business expansion by reaching out to potential clients in Dubai and scheduling meetings for our sales team. We offer a lucrative commission-based compensation structure with the potential to earn up to 100,000 INR per month. Additionally, top performers will have the opportunity to join our Dubai office after a successful trial period.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and contact potential clients in Dubai
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and pain points
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Provide regular updates on progress and performance

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus

Compensation:

- Attractive commission-based structure with the potential to earn up to 15% commission per closed client
- Top 10 performers each month will receive an additional 5% bonus
- Three-month trial period for all new freelancers
- Top performers will be offered a job in our Dubai office after the trial period
