The primary responsibilities include:- Connecting with inbound leads via phone calls.- Understanding their emotional triggers.- Guiding them with empathy and conviction to the best decision for their health.- Book 100+ qualified calls/month with training in advanced probing & introspection (inspired by top psychologists).- Maintain quality CRM entries and performance metrics.Qualifications- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills- Proven ability in prospecting and maintaining high show-up rate.- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence at all levels- Self-motivated and able to work independently- Previous experience in appointment setting- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredWho We’re Looking For:- Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting or cold calling.- Confident on calls with excellent verbal skills.- Skilled at active listening, emotional connection, and guiding decisions.- Committed, self-driven, and available Mon–Sat (10AM–7PM IST).What You’ll Earn:- You’ll be compensated based on how well you convert.
