Our team thrives on innovation, hands-on project execution, and close collaboration. We are looking for a proactive Supervisor cum Accountant to manage both operational and financial functions of the business.

Role Overview:

This dual-role position requires a self-motivated individual capable of overseeing daily site operations and handling company accounts. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in either supervision or accounting, preferably in the construction or interior industry.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Supervision:

  • Coordinate and supervise project sites and office activities.
  • Manage timelines and ensure work quality.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients and subcontractors.
  • Maintain material inventory, procurement records, and track project progress.
  • Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Accounting & Finance:

  • Maintain day-to-day financial records using Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any Graduate.
  • 0-1 years of experience in supervision and accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian financial regulations will be a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in interior design, architecture, or construction industries.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and site coordination.
  • Fluency in English and local language (e.g., Hindi, Telugu, etc.).
