Job Title: Sales Supervisor - Logistics/Transportation Industry - Hyderabad

Supervisor, Sales
- The supervisor job entails organizing and directing the daily activities
concerned to the call center’s operation. The main responsibility of a Supervisor, Sales is to manage, train, and guide call center executives to execute their tasks. By resolving problems and complaints, a supervisor supports the team. The supervisors monitor executives and calculate call center performance and analyze reports.

Job Responsibility
- To be conversant with BFE, rate calculations and can do all bookings on BFE.
- Drive business development by focusing on promotions, targets and effectively using tools like BO, call commercial monitoring sheet etc.
- Responsible for flight planning and staff roster.
- Ensure 100% compliance of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Quality Standards & SLA Performance Measurement Matrix.
- Systematic & effective functioning of the station in accordance with the SLA/ LPM/SOP requirements.
- Plan / control / review effective use of equipment / staff, to meet operational workload and fluctuations.
- Ensure 100% revenue conformance and maintain business integrity.
- Meet conformance targets and provide performance reviews.
- Constantly review performance within operational area, identifying shortfalls and implementing short and long-term corrective action. Focus should be on forward planning context to maximize efficiency ensuring all aspects of Service Standards to customers.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business and operating systems in their process area.
- Handle all periodic reports.
- Identify opportunities for change and continuous improvement with implementation of new working practises.
- Communicates business issues / customer feedback and ensure staff understands the business environment.
- Accountable for attendance management, performance management, coaching / development of reporting staff.
- Participate in recruitment / selection of commercial staff and be accountable for the training and development of the teams.
- Ensure seamless communication within the commercial team, operations and flight planning.
- Lead and motivate all staff to enhance Customer focus and service.
- To be an active team member positively promoting both the TTL & Principal’s image
