Hiring For Regional Collection Manager with a growing Bank

Roles and Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive collection efficiency and minimize roll forward of cases.Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of credit & collection functions and processes.Responsible for leading, managing, developing, and training a team of collectors; and for directing their efforts to attain maximum collections while complying with company policies and procedures.Ensuring professional relationships are established and maintained with clients and attorneys.Prepares periodic reports on collections activities, including summaries on delinquency ratios.Achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows and credit cost.Allocate work to the field executives and ensure that all the agencies in the location perform as per defined plan.Ensure payments, Audit receipts get deposited within the defined structured plan.Collect feedback from the agency on a daily basis.Ensure that the team adheres to the defined processes and policies while dealing with customers.Prepares documentation necessary to create the Credit or Debit Memo necessary to true up a customer account.Oversees and assists with the clean-up of RU’s (unapplied receipts), short paid invoices and Charge Backs.Manage the team of Field Collection Executives and Collection Support Team.Monitor productivity of field collection executives on a daily basis.Conduct revised/refresher policy & process training of collections team at regular intervals.Direct interaction with selected clients in resolving receivables delinquencies.Performs collection functions as necessary to assist in handling the department’s work load.
