Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions using job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for IT roles, including software developers, engineers, and technical specialists.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment in candidate selection.
  • Provide expert guidance to managers on recruitment strategies and market trends.


Recruitment Process Management:

  • Design and execute efficient recruitment processes to meet hiring deadlines.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Manage offer negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.


Employer Branding:

  • Actively promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
  • Engage in branding activities such as job fairs, webinars, and social media campaigns.


Data & Reporting:

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve recruitment strategies based on data-driven insights.



Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience of at least 7 years in IT recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
  • Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
