Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions using job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other channels.Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for IT roles, including software developers, engineers, and technical specialists.
Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment in candidate selection.Provide expert guidance to managers on recruitment strategies and market trends.
Recruitment Process Management:Design and execute efficient recruitment processes to meet hiring deadlines.Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.Manage offer negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
Employer Branding:Actively promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.Engage in branding activities such as job fairs, webinars, and social media campaigns.
Data & Reporting:Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.Continuously improve recruitment strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience of at least
7 years
in IT recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, and other platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
