Job Title : Business Development Executive Location : 6th Floor, Navlakha Complex, Agrasen Square, Indore Type : Full Time Experience : Minimum 2+ years of experience in e-commerce sales Salary : INR 40,000/month + 5% Commission = ( approx INR 1,05,000/month ) About Us We are a fast growing Shopify Design & Development agency with a strong focus on building High Converting websites and that outperform industry standards. Our work prioritizes CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) — not just pretty websites, but websites that sell. Beyond web builds, we specialize in Performance Marketing (Google & Meta) , Social Media Management , SEO , and Photoshoot & Videography – helping D2C brands launch, scale, and dominate online. What You'll Do Convert high quality, pre qualified leads provided by our marketing team into paying clients. Clearly and confidently pitch our services : Shopify & Shopify Plus Design + Development Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads) Social Media Management & Content SEO for Growth Photoshoots & Videography for eCommerce Explain our process, approach, and USPs to clients, helping them understand how we’re different — and why that matters. Build strong client relationships rooted in trust and transparency — make them feel like they're talking to a knowledgeable friend, not a salesperson. Coordinate with internal teams to set project expectations and handoff warm leads post conversion. Ensure proper documentation and CRM updates for every communication. Important Clause (Non Solicitation & Ethics Agreement) We value integrity and client trust. Therefore, Any lead or client that communicates with you under our agency banner is strictly the agency’s client. You are not permitted to pitch them for freelance/individual projects, nor collaborate with any third party on projects with these clients — during or after your tenure. Violation of this will result in immediate termination, legal action, and financial penalties under binding contracts. What We’re Looking For Strong communication & interpersonal skills — written and verbal Clear understanding of DTC/eCommerce/web design concepts Minimum 2+ years of experience in eCommerce sales Previous experience with Shopify or tech/digital agency sales preferred Ability to convey technical and creative ideas in simple, friendly language Self motivated with the ability to close deals quickly and ethically Fluent in English Why Work With Us?
