Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:Oversee all calibration functions and operational tasks.Develop project execution plans in accordance with contractual obligations.Supervise the Calibration Team, including Engineers and Technicians, to ensure optimal performance.Monitor, advise on, and enhance the quality of processes and systems.Possess knowledge of NABL certifications and ensure compliance with requirements.Establish procedures and SOPs as necessary; provide training to enhance the skills and efficiency of new and existing engineers.Preferably familiar with Medical Device Directives and the medical device industry.Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through timely support and follow-up.Provide comprehensive operational support to Team Leaders to facilitate successful service outcomes.Requisite Skills:Possess a B.Tech/B.E degree or a 3-year diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Biomedical, supplemented by a relevant postgraduate qualification.Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of experience in overseeing calibration activities, with at least 5 years of team management experience.Exhibit exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying technical proficiencies.Display a capacity for rapid learning and adaptation to new technologies and processes.Showcase in-depth expertise in calibration procedures and systems, particularly within the realm of medical equipment.Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.Maintain a strong customer-centric approach, coupled with excellent communication abilities and a personable demeanor.About Client:Client's organization is one of the successful healthcare enterprises, and has spearheaded numerous projects spanning procurement, installation, and maintenance of medical equipment across diverse disciplines in over 18 countries across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.Benefits
