Key Responsibilities:
- Lead nurturing and cross selling.- Implementing optimal contact strategy for upgrade using multiple channels of communication such as campaign, CEN, self-generated, IVR/OBTM leads.- Deepening our share of wallet in the premium segment via upsell, cross sell, industry wise spend expansion and generating referrals.- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute engagement and lead generation strategies.- Collaborate with customer service and product team to effectively collaborate on upgrade requirements and share customer insights.- Assisting customers in end-to-end process from applying the card to the delivery.
Successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- 2-3 Years prior experience in understanding and managing premium card segment.- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.- Self-motivated, willing to learn, responsible and attention to details.- Able to work independently, with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.- A collaborative team player with the ability to deal with change and ambiguity positively.- Demonstrated ability to deliver on targets.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- High customer orientation and ability to manage escalations as the role deals with sensitive customers.
