JD- Job Title: HR Executive HRMS Role
Location: Bhopal,M.P
About the Role:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Executive with expertise in HRMS (Human Resource Management System) to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our HR technology systems. The role focuses on the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HRMS to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and user support.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in HR with hands-on experience in HRMS platforms.
- Preferred: Experience with platforms like HONO, HR Mantra, Great HR, People Strong or similar.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in using HRMS platforms and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
- Understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, onsite work only.
- May require coordination with cross-functional teams or vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
HRMS Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS accurately and in a timely manner.
- Configure and manage HRMS modules (e.g., employee database, leave management, attendance, payroll, performance).
- Handle user access and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of employee records and organizational structures.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, leave, etc.).
- Identify and correct discrepancies in employee data.
Support & Troubleshooting:
- Act as the first point of contact for HRMS-related queries and issues from employees and HR team members.
- Coordinate with IT/vendors for resolving technical issues or system upgrades.
- Provide HRMS training and support to users as needed.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes using the HRMS.
- Participate in system testing and implementation of new modules or upgrades.
- Document HRMS processes and maintain user manuals.
Compliance & Confidentiality:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of HR data and sensitive information.
