About the Role
We are looking for a
Sales Manager
to drive
new business acquisition and revenue growth
. This role will focus on identifying potential clients, pitching Paywize's fintech solutions, and
closing deals
. You will work closely with the
Business Development
and
Marketing teams
to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients across
fintech, BFSI, startups, and enterprises
. - Pitch Paywize products (Payout Suite, Collection Suite, APIs, Connected Banking).
- Manage the
sales pipeline
from lead to closure using CRM tools. - Conduct
product demos and presentations
for clients. - Negotiate commercials and close contracts within defined timelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly
revenue & client acquisition targets
. - Maintain strong client relationships for upselling and renewals.
- Work with BD & Marketing to execute
GTM campaigns
and sales strategies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of
B2B sales experience
(fintech, SaaS, or BFSI preferred). - Proven track record of
achieving sales targets
and closing enterprise deals. - Strong understanding of
digital payments, UPI, payouts, collections, APIs
. - Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
. - Ability to work in a
fast-paced, high-growth fintech startup environment
. - Familiarity with
CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
is a plus.
