Skills:

  • Warehouse Management: Overseeing and optimizing warehouse operations.
  • Staff Management: Managing and mentoring warehouse staff.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing warehouse performance metrics.
  • Inventory Control: Ensuring the accuracy of inventory records.

Preferred:

  • Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
