*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to head the HR function for the group. The role covers recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations—with strong expertise in *KEKA HRMS*.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage payroll, shifts, attendance, and leave for 500+ employees using KEKA.
* Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, CLRA.
* Lead recruitment across all levels and departments.
* Oversee performance management, expense management, and HR reporting.
* Develop HR policies, drive engagement, and handle employee relations.

*Qualifications:*

* MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
* Proven leadership experience managing large, multi-location teams.
* *Mandatory:* KEKA HRMS expertise.
* Strong grasp of Indian labour laws and statutory requirements.
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and people management skills.
