Job Description
Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and enhance business opportunities. Identifying and generating new business opportunities with help of leads shared. Business Development in a B2B environment in the defined segment. Cross Selling and up selling offerings of IT products & Solutions (Microsoft, Security solutions, Citrix, BI, SAP B1, Adobe, etc.) Responsible for entire sales life cycle from lead generation to closure for accounts. Prepare and maintain business plans and sales forecasts.
The Successful Applicant
8-12 years in Business Development or Account Management preferably in a IT Service company Strong communication skills, and fluency in spoken and written English Management experience with a proven ability to inspire and develop individual teammates is a plus Extremely proactive
