Job Overview

We are looking for a Chatbot Designer/Developer to join our team at Twixor. As a Chatbot Designer/Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing chatbot solutions for our clients across various industries. This is a mid-level position and requires 4 to 6 years of experience in chatbot design and development.

Qualifications and Skills

4 to 6 years of experience in chatbot design and developmentProficiency in chatbot development frameworks and platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, IBM Watson)Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or JavaScriptExperience with AI and NLP technologiesKnowledge of messaging channel integrations (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger)Ability to understand and interpret client requirementsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and develop chatbot solutions for clients across industriesUnderstand client requirements and translate them into effective chatbot workflowsImplement AI and natural language processing (NLP) engines to enhance chatbot capabilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of chatbot solutionsConduct testing and debugging of chatbot functionalitiesOptimize chatbot performance through continuous monitoring and refinementStay updated with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot design and development
