Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration, Interior Design Management,

or related field.

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience as EA / Executive Coordinator / Personal Assistant or Secretary

Key Responsibilities:


• Act as the first point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.


• Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel

itineraries.


• Draft, review, and manage emails, presentations, reports, and official

correspondence.


• Coordinate with various departments (Design, Projects, Procurement, HR, Finance) to

ensure smooth communication and timely updates for the MD.


• Assist in preparing project reports, MIS, client proposals, and meeting

documents.


• Follow up with teams on project deadlines, deliverables, and pending actions on

behalf of the MD.


• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.


• Support the MD in strategic initiatives, client interactions, and business

development activities.


• Organize and coordinate board meetings, reviews, and client meetings.


• Assist in vendor coordination, documentation, and approvals related to interior

design projects.


• Maintain an efficient filing system (digital & physical) for records and

documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


• Knowledge of project coordination in the interior design/construction industry

preferred.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.


• Strong sense of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.


• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
