Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.).Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily; optimize to improve CTR, CPC, and conversions.Write compelling and effective ad copies , perform A/B testing to maximize performance.Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track KPIs and campaign health.Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure landing pages are aligned with ad campaigns.Requirements1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads .Google Ads Certification is a plus.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup .Basic understanding of SEO and how paid ads integrate with digital marketing strategies.Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing lead generation or e-commerce campaigns .Knowledge of other paid platforms like Facebook Ads or Bing Ads .What We OfferDirect involvement in high-impact digital marketing campaigns.Opportunities to enhance skills in paid media and analytics.Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities.Exposure to cross-functional teams in a fast-paced digital setup.
