Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven
Google Ads Specialist
with 1–2 years of experience to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PPC strategies, keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI across multiple campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage
    Google Ads campaigns
    (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.).
  • Conduct
    keyword research
    and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily; optimize to improve CTR, CPC, and conversions.
  • Write compelling and effective
    ad copies
    , perform A/B testing to maximize performance.
  • Generate
    regular performance reports and dashboards
    to track KPIs and campaign health.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure landing pages are aligned with ad campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of
    hands-on experience in Google Ads
    .
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
  • Strong
    analytical skills
    with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Familiarity with
    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    SEO
    and how paid ads integrate with digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing
    lead generation
    or
    e-commerce campaigns
    .
  • Knowledge of other paid platforms like
    Facebook Ads
    or
    Bing Ads
    .
